Horrible customer service. We ordered 2 dishes and were told that we had to FINISH our first dish before they could serve the next. Didn't even try to accommodate us. Another time we were denied entry for asking for a table for 4 when there were only 3 of us (the 4th person was running late). We've been served incomplete orders before, and there's just been a lot of other incidents of unhelpful, unaccommodating staff and owner. On the subject of food. Their menu is so-so. If you're looking for samgyupsal, there is a far better option close by: Samgyupsalamat. They have better service, grill setup, and 12 meat choices of various flavors and meat types. If you're looking for solo dishes like kimbap or curry, Seoul Kitchen is also nearby with MUCH better food. I will not bother trying to eat here again.

Okey first-off the place asmospher is very Korean. With hardwood for a table and stool. There are also pictures of korean foods displayed, you can order any of those pictured in their wall. The service ia very excellent and is much to my liking. Their crew are so attentive and very pleasant to talk. The food starting with the pork and marinated pork are so tender. The beef are also tender and not rubbery. The side dishes are also good especially the kimchi and radish. Over all, I highly recommend visiting here to eat with your loved ones and friends

Surprisingly good for just P499 a head (this costs P600-800 in Metro Manila). You just need to ask the waiters for the specific meats you want but they started us off with sliced meats. I remembered there was a sign outside so I asked for marinated meats. The banchans were all good! I think I enjoyed them more than my fave spots in Pasig. It's nice they're well stocked with korean products! From drinks to noodles to snacks. Next time I'll try the ice cream. We took home a tub of kimchi and a huge pack of roast seaweed snacks.

DON’T GO HERE! Service is really bad since they changed management. Rules do not make sense, staff are rude and the owner just ignores customer complaints.

1st time we tried eating here (after the renovation), we were denied to enter the restaurant. We requested a table for 4 pax and one person hasn’t arrived yet. We were only ordering ala carte and not the unlimited samgyupsal but they didn’t allow us to get in despite lining up for a long time. They gave the table to someone else.

Today we tried eating again and ordered the unlimited grill and a side of hotpot soup which was not unli. When the soup was cooked we asked to set the soup aside so they can serve the unli grill (they only had one burner). They argued with us and demanded to finish the soup first before serving the grill. In addition, the hotpot supposedly came with a serving of meat but informed us that it didn’t even though it was written on the menu.

We were tired of arguing and demanding good service so we cancelled the unlimited grill instead.

As we were finishing the hotpot, they suddenly gave us plate of beef that supposedly went with the hotpot. We were almost done...
