Macao Imperial Tea — Restaurant in Lucena

We waited for 45 minutes for our 2 drinks. After having our orders, we sat down and wait. But after 20 minutes, we still haven't got our drinks. So we checked out and go near the preparation area to see what's happening and why is it taking too long when there's only one aside from us who ordered. We found out that after 20 minutes, they're still not making or preparing our drinks. Then came the foodpanda riders, they gave their orders, and prepared it right away. I don't know if that's the protocol, but we came before them. Now the lines for the waiting queue became longer. My partner and I are thinking to cancel the order, because we are in a hurry. Good thing somehow that some of their crews began helping in making the drinks, because many people are now waiting. We've gone to other MIT branches, their service is fast. I really love this Caffe! I come here almost everyday, the milk tea was really yummy. They are fast at serving it, I have no problems...
