Pizza Hut - SM City Lucena — Restaurant in Lucena

Don't get me wrong, my family and I love Pizza Hut especially here at SM Lucena. This review is just for the awareness to all your staff. Last June 13, we decided to order pizza, the usual we're taking are hawaiian & Cheesy lovers, the girl said they only have thin crust available, so we just let it be. Normally they show and let us check our pizza, but this time its a bit odd they did not do it. But since the girl was very polite and approachable we just thought that maybe she forgot so we went home. When we opened, it was burned. We tried for the thinking that it was the normal cook for a thin crust but we did'nt even finish the whole pizza coz it tasted burned, the hawaiian is okay but the cheese were all burned. Please next time don't do this kind of trick on your customer for the sake of saving at your end. It is not fair and I hope it won't happen to other...

It was disappointing. We dined in and was actually impressed with their new menu. We waited for about 20mins even if the store was not busy and got a lukewarm plate of food.
