Disappointing Service Experience
I recently visited Jollibee, expecting the usual enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory. The issues began with the food, which was poorly prepared. It was evident that quality control was lacking, as the dishes did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Jollibee.
However, what stood out even more was the disappointing service. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing customersâ concerns, giving off the impression that they werenât willing to listen. When I tried to point out an issue with my order, I was met with dismissive responses and no real effort to resolve the problem.
