My family and I have always patronized Chowking. This is my nth time in this place.
Needs improvement: =Poor airconditioning which makes customers uncomfortable. =Poor service. Crews were not greeting nor warmly welcoming customers with a smile and not much attentive. =Toilet is restricted to staff only and this makes it inconvenient to customers especially to seniors. =Overall food is good. =Parking is available as well as drive thru.
*Retraining of crew is highly suggested for a warm welcome experience to customers. *Improve airconditioning for customers comfort to enjoy their meals better. *Make toilet available at all times.

I wanted to get mad, but chose not to. So I just told him to replace the plate. They did, but just the pancit. When I sat down to eat, the sweet and sour pork was cold, the chips were stale, the buchi was tough, rubbery almost. Just ate the rice and pansit and left.

I have only figured out when I picked up my order from the counter, which was the same one that was switched. Overall, my experience here is negative but this could be improved by adding air conditioners to cool the place and potentially avoid another fly infestation inside. For travelers, if you want to eat here, bring a frog or two so they could...
