Hap Chan — Restaurant in Pampanga

The male service staff was not customer friendly, he looked like he has loads of problems or lack of sleep. The noodle soup was overly saltish compared to other Hap Chan restaurants I have eaten at (Greenbelt 1 and along Adriatico Street and even Alabang-Zapote road). Also the restaurant had a lot of flies. When I say a lot I mean a lot. There were like 12 of then flying around my table let alone the other tables. There was a female server in this branch who snobbed my request of a bowl my table was 10 at 1:03 pm June 15, such disrespect, there are also flies. Bad servers and unclean branch never again. I petition to close this branch for good such a bad atmosphere.

The chicken is so hard to chew, the beef is very chewy and hard to swallow. Seriously this is the worst experience with Hap Chan.

There's an obvious mismanagement here so to the owner if this branch get your people to work properly or might as well close...

If there zero review I will give it. The restaurant was in a hurry to close before 8pm yesterday june 11, 2024. The staff named bey something like that I cannot recall. She said its already closed and they give last order already. Beside that the restaurant are not pet friendly even my chihuahua is in her bag. Anyway, hello happy chan its 2024 already the dogs are the new babies....
