From the moment you step into Chiba, you're transported straight to the heart of Japan. The ambience is smart and elegant. Very traditional Japanese aesthetics. The food is absolutely outstanding! The sushi and sashimi are fresh, expertly sliced, and beautifully plated. Ramen is comforting, Tempura is light and crispy, never greasy. Service is top-notch. Second visit prompted me to post the review as the place is consistent with service and quality. On both visits, the restaurant wasn't crowded so we could easily choose a good seating area. Menu is beyond extensive, which made it a bit harder to choose items, but ultimately, we got a good amount of food that had everything we craved for.
