I would give the store 6 stars for their super delicious cakes and is evident in the very long line today. However, I ordered a cake from the display and the employee said "wala na po" without checking. So I ended up ordering another cake that is almost double the price. When I went back to the cake display stand, the one I wanted was still there so I complained that they said wala na without them checking. Employees need to be trained to check the supply carefully and offer the ones available to the customers and not say wala na just to get rid of the long lines. The staff apologized and said its because of the long line. Unacceptable reason...

As always contis is alsways has a.line ..customer are lining up to purchase their favorite cakes breads pies etc ..also grab food and fod panda is availble to them.many are ordering cause sometimes i tried to ordered thru grab but may fav.cake is not availble...one of our comfort...
