The staff is amazing. The super tasty food it's cooked by the master chef Eva that will cook you the very best chicken adobo and garlic prawns in all of malapascua! Angel and Shine are always there ready to help you before you even speak like they are mind readers and the cocktail bartender/ creative builder/ tourguide Hildam that drops you a fresh drink when you need it the most... thats usually after the small trek that you take to arrive at the bar āļøš»š This amazing humans, are the most friendly locals you will ever meet and they will make your day feel like a dream if you allow them. The place it's gorgeous and not so crowded as the other side of the island, what makes it more exclusive, there is a swing hanging from a tree branch over the shore line for picture enthusiasts. The place is surrounded by trees, birds and nature of all kinds, its super inviting if all you want it's to read a good book or catch some sunlight in a relaxing atmosphere, if you like your adventures more than just doing very little, there is a shipwreck! yes there is an actual shipwreck from ww2 that you can visit and snorkel at, about 100 to 150 meters away from shore, might need a small bit of searching to find it but it's lovely and its only about 3 to 5 meters deep depending on the tide. The prices are super competitive for island standards. You will find yourself between the turquoise cristal clear waters plus the red&orange sky sunsets that will fill your heart and soul with holiday vibes and positivity. Suitable for kids since the parents can keep an eye out for them, but still enjoy theyr time while the small ones play. The music it's chilled and relaxing with some international tunes and some local reggae upon request šš we had a brilliant afternoon all of the 3 times we went there on our 5 day stretch on this magical island. There's colorful fish and small coral not far off. After swimming with black tip sharks, fishing or snorkeling or any other cool activities you can do with your mornings, (bookings available with Hildam, the man himself, funniest and most lovely local over in this beautiful place) our late afternoons and evenings were enjoyed between laughter, snacks and San Miguel, watching the sun go down and kiss the sea. In one word, A M A Z I N G! Our most sincere thanks to the entire staff, I wish I was back there again right now just reminiscing on it! This place was one of the best tips we got from some good friends we made along our delightful journey and it really was absolutely lovely. Big thanks to all involved in sharing with us this slice of heaven and honestly, making us fell...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is an absolute gem! Our very favorite place on the island - there are no words to describe how beautiful it is!! If youāre lucky you get to see the cutest little puppies besides the most breathtaking sunset view and they serve delicious food. Besides tasty shrimps amd chicken adobo, they also have the best veggie curry, which is not on the menu - just ask for it :) If you donāt want to walk all the way: ask a bike-driver to take you to shipwreck beach and walk across the hill - and absolutely no problem to get back to the center either, just ask at the next restaurant on the main road, they can organize moto-taxis in no time! Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had in your little...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor me the most special beach bar in Malapascua! To get there, you have to head north (towards the lighthouse). There are signs showing you where to go. Apart from that, there are the nicest people on this island who will help you. You have to walk about 5 minutes through the jungle. How cool is that? And then you end up at a cute little bar with its own beach. If you're in Malapascua, definitely go to this magical place. The owner is a person with a big heart! š Absolutely worth it to...
