We attended a birthday party here. Fries were way too soggy when served. We asked for catsup; staff said it will be given. Catsup never came. Spaghetti and chicken joy were cold already when served. Peach Mango Pie was served past the 30min serving/eating time; it was cold. In fact, the only thing that was hot was the gravy; because it was given late. Jollibee mascot is still a crowd favourite. Too bad management is not taking care of food quality. Immediately outside the building, upon exiting the door, smells like sewerage. Bad for the health and definitely would ruin your chicken joy experience. Don't go to this branch if you have other Jollibee branches to go to.
