The quality of coffee is not good. I ordered cappuccino but it taste like cafe latte which is more on milk, doesn't have a foam. The taste is not good, I think milk is not paired with coffee. Our order takes too long because the barista is not aware regarding the quantity of our order. They should be aware of that since they have dispatcher to handle that..very disappointed that they ignore us for 20 minutes that we are waiting at the counter... Hope the management trained all the staff regarding the customer service the quality of drink since this is international brands..

Starbucks continue to serve good quality of coffee and Frappuccino. They maintain good costumer service and observe health protocol and guidelines. Baristas are well mannered and maintain good communication skills.

Psalm, Knoll, Kate and Charles are friendly and cheerful. 👌 Update 12/30: got my SB tumbler and pouch from this store. 🙂 07/02/2023: Served hot coffees with no sleeves. Quite disappointed.

Service was splendid, as always. Even though there was a long queue, it was fast moving. I normally order frappes but I also enjoyed their white choco espresso today. Til our next visit!🤗
