I would like to remind them that the new glazed chicken mcdo they served was too bland. And I even remind the cashier to serve a specific parts for chicken to make sure we get to pay for the meatiest part. But instead I receive a part that was leg that smaller compare to other branch. And they even refuse to swap the part despite asking nicely. And they are not even trying. Whenever I ate to a different Mcdo branch the server automatically put in service water along with the food. Not a problem, but when I asked for a water. They fill out a half a cup not even cold.

Just wanted to share my experience here in this branch, sometimes it's just easy not to argue with the customer if its not into their liking. For example the iced coffee specifically the cereals, you can just adjust than to argue and tell them the difference of original and cereal ofcourse its easy for us to see the difference if you are a coffee lover specially in Mcdo. The chicken is consistently of poor quality it always tastes like it has been frozen for too long, lacking freshness and proper texture. The fries are equally unsatisfactory, as they seem to have been reheated several times, resulting in a stale and unpleasant taste. This repeated experience makes the food unappetizing and, quite frankly, off-putting.
