Jollibee F. Manalo — Restaurant in San Juan

I would not want to generalize; but since this branch is franchised and not directly managed by JFC (I knew because I checked the receipt), they do not conform to the standards set by JFC. I ordered the meal with chicken, spag, and shanghai; to my surprise, they do not have sauce for the shanghai rolls. They said it is out of stock. I would not want to have a long discussion anymore so I let it go. But I thought to myself that, it is considered an incomplete meal if any of the components of what you serve to what is supposed the be served should not be sold at the first place. Since this is a fastfood restaurant, I don't expect much on the kind of service that they provide, but still they should fulfill what they are promising. I had a bad experience with them so I would not be recommending this branch. Go to the next Jollibee (Kalentong) branch instead, it is 200m away from this...

This branch is the most isolated branch I ever visited.

We were the first customers during our visit. The staffs were not ready for our visit. The escalator going to the 2nd floor is closed and we need to ask the guard to open it for us.

When we reached the 2nd floor. The AC is off and you can see used food trays not cleaned. I guess it was there for long period of time already.

When our food is ready. We heard the counter shouting our number. As per them, their store is “self-service”.

When we received the food, There was no plates and utensils. We approached them asking why there was no utensils, they just looked to us blankly.

We will never visit this...

I wasn't impressed with this branch. The 2nd floor dining area was dark, hot and not clean. My son and I had to switch tables because the first table we occupied was not wiped. I was not able to get utensils after ordering as it was my first time at that branch. When the crew brought us our food at the 2nd floor, I asked where the utensils were. He said downstairs. I thought, okay my bad. I forgot and can't expect them to bring utensils up to us. But when I saw another crew bring food up to customers, there were utensils on the tray! How inconsistent!
