Good Ramen and Maki for its affordable price. The pork in the Tonkotsu ramen is tender and flavorful, but don't expect a hefty serving of meat. The soup base tastes good. Maki comes with crab stick, fish eggs, cucumber and mango with dipping soy sauce, although I don't think it's Kikoman, but I could be wrong. Noodles appear to be freshly made, and the broth tastes interesting. It was a mistake to order their spicy ramen, which over-powered the soup base. The ramen bowls are huge, and noodle servings are generous for just USD 2. The tempura maki was forgettable. And they don't serve beer.

You can specify a softer ajitsuke tamago, if that's also your thing. I suspect the basic shuyo or miso soup base is more interesting, and will try them again another time.
