DP Manda — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

A reasonable priced restaurant with good food. Has many choices of tummy filling food to find all at budget friendly cost. I liked the Pares the most, taste is to my taste buds satisfaction. One to sawa ang sabaw 😋 pati gravy sauce. Staff are all accommodating to the customer needs. Sa gabi medyo marami silang customer, para alam nyo na kelan crowded lalo na pag weekends. Parking, this is a challenge as availability is a No, they have turned their parking to AlFresco dining area. So customers has to find a near by location to park as the shop is next to the main road. Friendly staff, fast service, and delicious food. Being an open area right next to the road also gives the same vibes you get when eating Pares from a sidecart. The prices are also reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get.

For improvement, I wish they had invested in more sturdy chairs and tables. The all plastic chair feels like it can slide off and easily flip anytime.

And also, I wish they didnt close off their foodpanda service at such...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wag na kayo magpa deliver kung maulan! NAGUTUMAN AT NA STRESS LANG KAMI. We WASTED OUR MONEY! We ordered via Food Panda and paid thru credit card. It was raining that night, we waited for 2 hours only to find out that there was no panda rider (as per owner). Kailangan ko pang hanapin ang # ni owner dito sa google at mag follow up ng maraming beses para lang malaman kung ano na nangyari at ano pwede gawin. 1st follow up - mag uupdate daw si owner so we waited pero walang update si owner. 2nd follow up - spoke with owner again, wala "daw" rider si panda. So pending ang order namin, pending din ang dinner namin.. tsk tsk.. 3rd follow up - the owner said he will try to book a grab to deliver our order pero wala ng update after that. So we decided to eat outside na lang since we were very hungry and past 10PM na. We called the # again and a staff received our call, we asked for a refund but apparently "luto na raw" and refused to do the refund. We asked them to deliver our order the next day na lang since we didn't know when will our order arrive at baka tulog na kami by that time. And guess what, we DIDN'T RECEIVE OUR ORDER the next day. Wala na yung binayad namin. Walang update si owner if resolved na issue namin. We WASTED OUR MONEY! WORST...
