Jollibee — Restaurant in Mandaue

The worst Jollibee branch of all. This is the only branch where I experienced being shooed away as a customer as if I didn’t purchase and dine earlier. It happened today, April 10 2025 around 12 midnight. I just arrived back here in Cebu then head straight to this branch from the airport to have my dinner. To cut the story short, I then went back in my car after eating. Having being full and a bit tired from the flight, I decided to rest for a few minutes while also waiting for my brother’s reply as to what food I should order for him. Then here comes their security guard knocking on my window saying I should leave the premise cause I’ve been parking there for “hours” though in reality it has already been 20+ minutes. I was just so dumbfounded. I would understand if I didnt dine/order or if the parking area was full (which is not cause I’m the only one who’s parked there to eat at that time). But really, you guys are shooing away your customer?!?!? I already reported this incident to the branch manager. He was reassuring me this would not happened again but I dont believe him 🙄. Moreover, my dashcam recorded the conversation I had with this ignorant guard. Only one thing is for sure, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN! I advise you to do the same. We usually enjoyed ordering our food from the drive through as it is fast and quick. The food we ordered are fresh and fries are crispy. But yesterday ir was the funniest one. We ordered and a crew assisted us and wrote down our orders correctly. But the crew on the cashier section skipped to punch some of our orders, which is funny because it was written down on a paper and everything can be done automatically with a touchscreen still they make mistakes. HI, I would like to commend a 5 star with the service on this Jolibee branch. I bought a beef steak with an Ice tea and the tray suddenly got imbalanced so my Ice tea spilled, but the crews here are so sweet and nice. They immediately cleaned the floor and one of the crews immediately provided me a service water. Grace who is one of the serving crews saw the incident and She didn't hesitate to provide me a new Iced Tea well done.
