Me and my partner has been a regular customer here since I was pregnant(jan,2025). Been eating here dine in and sometimes we just order take out. So far I haven't encountered unpleasant experience not until today(Sept.3, 2025 around 1:12 pm me and my partner order chicken as usual. I was eating the chicken when I noticed that the chicken served to me is bad (we ordered spaghetti with chicken).You can't smell that it is bad but when you eat it you'll notice that the chicken is (padulog na madaot) since we always eat here I continue eating and had a 3 or more bite but it's really concerning so I let my partner taste it and he said yes the chickens not good(I also took a bite of my partners chicken and it has good taste) he ask the staff about it and the staff took it to their head. It's good that they replaced my order with a new one but I don't like how the (I don't know if it's a supervisor or manager) she said it's just how the spicy chicken smell(as i said you cant tell that the chicken has gone bad by smelljng it you have to taste it so you'll know the chickenis bad). I don't like the way she talked it feels like we're the one's at fault and she didn't even smile or apologized. So we just finished my food and go out to the restaurant without saying anything na lang. Being a regular customer at Jollibee it's the first time I encountered situation like this. Being pregnant I have been craving foods from Jollibee specially the spicy fried chicken. I'm just very disappointed how the manager or is it supervisor handled...

I think it's a curly hair or a thread coming from the hair net. The crew replace all my food including the rice and the steak when my husband reported it.So, we continue eating there because the service is okay. However, when we eat again around 9:00am the chicken that they serve has a blood. My husband did not noticed it if I did not told him. He ordered the C8 that contains chicken, burger steak and rice in it. My husband thought that the red thing is for the seasoning because he ordered spicy chicken. But when we checked on it, surely it was a blood scattering his plate. So my husband reported his food but lost his appetite of eating his food because they only replace his plate and chicken and did not include the rice and the steak on it.
