KFC — Restaurant in Manila

Last time, I was there at KFC Gagalangin; I observed their service crews and they're wasting their time because they'll make a food first before responding your order/s on the counter.

Some of the service crew is/are rude like Sandara, their behavior are not friendly when they give you wrong order sometimes.

They even don't have a security guard for guarding a door, beggar kids are coming to you when you eat and staring at you every bite. So you can't eat your food inside peacefully when the kids are beside you.

Overall, I honestly don't recommend to go this store; they'll wasted your time for waiting your food about 30 minutes or an hour, staffs are rude. If management of this store saw this, please manage and improve your service and also your staff. Add two cashier's staff to prevent crowds in one line, improve the time of food serving from 30/60 minutes to 15/10 minutes; should need a security guard to eat...

Dined here thrice for the past two months. Self service kiosk does not accept cashless payments despite the PoS turned on. Had to wait for a staff to accept my payment because no one was stationed as cashier.

Management has to put signs in the drinking fountain to avoid people washing their hands there. Saw a guy who literally washed his hand at the fountain even if there was a handwash station at the backend of the room.

Place is smaller than the usual KFC branches. Can house 40 pax at most. AC was a blast, loved the constant cold temperature. Needs a security guard though. Beggars and homeless guys kept coming in and out while you're trying to...

We had to wait like 20 minutes for our food, it was pretty good, we loved the size of the chicken. The chizza was a 4/10 for me, I couldn't taste the chicken it was mostly cheese and pepperoni, it's pretty small too. The place was very clean and we saw a crew sleeping in on one of the tables since it wasn't too crowded, not to be harsh but I don't think they should be sleeping on a table. It's pretty sad to see as well, I just hope they're getting paid handsomely for...
