Jollibee West Zamora Pandacan — Restaurant in Manila

I just want to share our experience just a while ago at jollibee west zamora pandacan. Worst experience ever compared to other branches, the 2 chicken we ordered still has blood on the inside, the first one we only noticed it late because my friend is almost finished eating so we did not complain about it but the second one we checked it ahead to see if it also has blood and yes there is so we decided to have it replace and i requested in a nice way, however the manager said it is just normal that the thigh part is bloody but i said my friend doesn't want it because the first one she ate is already bloody in short it is not well cooked on the inside then the manager said what part i said wing part but she looks like not willing to change it. Another thing, i ordered chicken and forgot to choose spicy so i ask the cashier (i forgot to get the name) who took my order politely and it is not yet paid so it's not yet finalized it can stil be changed without voiding it, i asked if she can change it to spicy but she said there is no spicy available so i said okay then someone who arrived later than us was given spicy chicken as their order meaning she was just lazy and not willing to change it while there are other cashiers in other branches who accepts requests like mine and i believe that's best...

I recently visited the Jollibee West Zamora branch and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the presence of a priority lane, it proved to be utterly useless. I was with my elderly grandfather, but we still had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served.

The overall organization of the branch was poor, leading to a chaotic environment. The service was not only slow but also bad. The staff appeared grumpy and uninterested in assisting customers. What added to the frustration was seeing the staff, including the manager, chitchatting while there were many customers waiting in a long queue to place their orders.

I booked my daughter's birthday party at West zamora branch and I would say it was a great success because the crews handled the party really well and the party place is really spacious. They really assisted us all throughout the occasion. I had a bad experience with the Jollibee Makati branch but my daughter really insisted on having her birthday at Jollibee.
