I can't believe that the process of buying a new car takes a whole day. And this was not an impromptu appearance at ford. It was scheduled a few days in advance. The "new" unit was muddy and unclean (before they cleaned it up) that we even thought of cancelling our purchase. Where do they store their units? In a farm somewhere??? Im not a competitor attacking Ford Otis. I was their client buying a new car. Their sales process need a serious revamp.

Fraud! They asked for reservation fee of 5000Php but will not process your application. When you ask for your refund, they will pass you around to someone else and won't provide the name of their manager. No one takes responsibility. They will not give you your refund! It did not just happened to me but to my relative as well which I referred to their branch. Worst service you'll...
