Earlier, my sister ordered a Happy Meal, but it took almost an hour to receive it. While waiting, she noticed that our order hadn't appeared on the monitor, even though we were the first to place an order. Other customers received their orders ahead of us, leading my sister to ask a staff member about our order. The staff informed her that she needed to speak to the manager, but it seemed like they weren't giving it a high priority. Read moreits a headache if you happen to drop by in this branch especially if you're from afar... the food will still be a food from a well known fastfood, but the area where it is located is pretty much devastating because of the amount of trycicles parked just to wait for a passenger.. so if you have a car with you its a no no... not safe for you car to stop here, cause the community here doesn't care much about your car, the people who passes by would let their belongings slide into your vehicle and they wont care what happens to you car...
Read moreFood is the same here on most branches. I hate when the number of the order appears on serving status on the screen but in reality it's not even prepared yet.
I mean what's the point of your screen queuing system if it doesn't reflect the actual status of the order. That's nonsense.
I also hate when they pile up the order of about 5 people and not serving it even it's already complete.
Jollibee is better, they give you a device that vibrates when your order is ready for claiming.
Mcdo rally sucks at their ordering...
