dont get me wrong, i like duplex. however over time, the quality of their products and service has decreased. before everything was spot on. the taste of their food, milk teas, down to the cups that they use. it was all good. now it seems that they cannot handle their growing number of consumers and quality is being sacrificed. today i had milk tea delivered from duplex and i ordered okinawa mt with pudding (since my favorite pearls are not available). when i got the cup, the lid was not properly sealed and some milk tea spilled over my hand. when i sipped through my drink, i was expecting to get small chunks of pudding but instead it felt like there was a huge chunk of "something" in it. i fully removed the cover (since it was just partially sealed anyway) to check, and found 2 big chunks of pudding in my drink. it's as if it was just thrown in there like nothing. how will you be able to get those into the straw? so lame. i hope they take some time to review their service and see what's going on since this could really pull them down and customer are no...

Had a bad experience with their fb page (online order) as I order a second time! Una they could deliver to my house as I paid their del. fee. Now that I ordered a lot and saw na may free del sila within the city I tried going for the free del. minimum of P500 but suddenly sabi hindi aabot (this is the exact words and hindi inexplain further) and that I should book lalamove nalang daw. I am so confused kasi they are delivering tas biglang lalamove nalang like what? and then apparently our area is not part of their "selected areas" (mind you hindi indicated exactly saan yung selected areas so IDK baka kung san nila trip since sila lang nagdedecide) then biglang they can deliver basta I pay the additional P100 so in short ang gulo niyo kausap and I feel like you just don't want to deliver afraid na makuha ko yung free del. or just don't want to deliver at all!! An inexpensive place to fuel your thirst and hunger. The whole menu is affordable, including drinks, appetizers, and rice meals.

For the drinks, I would recommend the fruit teas as they are refreshing. The flavored milkteas are not to my liking as they taste too 'instant' (using powders instead of brewed tea).
