I think it's about time to leave a review. The first two times I had inconvenience here, I let it pass. Kasi I believe no one is perfect naman. This time, strike three na eh. First inconvenience in the past, part of the machine that mixes the ice cream (similar to mcflurry) sumama sa dessert ng pamangkin ko yung part ng mixer. I did not complain and just humbly asked for replacement nung dessert. Second inconvenience is inabot ng more than 30 minutes yung order ko and when I followed up, it seemed naoverlook pala nila. I had to cancel the order kasi lumipas na yung oras ko and I had other errands pa. Third time inconvenience today is this fries. I purposely upgraded it to Jumbo size kasi fries lang talaga ang cravings ko. Pero you know that strategy ng crew na i-ppress nila yung carton package as to make it look like full serving pero in reality, when I arranged the fries upward, ito sa picture lang talaga ang laman nya. To the crew and management, please don't cheat your customers with the serving size. If insufficient na yung cooked fries, wag ipilit i-serve, please wait for the next batch of cooked fries para makapag serve kayo fairly. Your customers are not first timers in Jollibee. However, the real highlight of this review is to commend one of your crew members, Kurt, for his outstanding service. I witnessed how patient and dedicated he was in assisting a senior citizen/PWD—from taking the order, helping him receive his food, and even accompanying him outside the restaurant.
Kurt's genuine compassion and commitment to excellent service are truly commendable. I sincerely hope management recognizes his efforts—perhaps with a certificate of appreciation or any form of acknowledgment.

Isn't customization supposed to be part of the deal? It's not like I'm asking for anything outrageous. The staff seemed utterly disinterested in accommodating any requests beyond their standard offerings.
