Ordered via foodpanda and have been waiting as "preparing the order " status is on the app. After an hour of waiting, the manager on shift on the night of 05/24 called through mobile and advised that our order is not available. You are telling me that after an hour of waiting?I am not sure why it took an hour until they advised that we are waiting for nothing? Why was the item showing as available in the to start with? I have asked for a refund for the 2k cost of food but it seems the manager does not know what to do. It took 2 hours and a lot of my patience until I was able to receive the refund back to my payment method. The manager even instructed me to connect with food panda which i already did, but the CS told me to coordinate with the store directly, and the manager seemed not willing to take accountability but I stood firm.
