They dont install POS on the screen whereas anyone can pay via credit card or debit card. The line takes too long to accomodate each customer. They prioritize GRAB orders than Dine-In or Take-out customers. They have more than 4 runners and 2 counter (one is for priority lane). Order from the system can be void and order direct to the counter (but they insist to order first from that screen and have a number).

please DON'T waste your time coming to this jollibee branch if one is planning to purchase using Giftaway eGift voucher code. you will only get disappointed/upset. the store always gave the same "spurious" reply for an answer every redemption attempt until today; that their "system need to be updated" and that was same script given since more than 6 months ago. meanwhile, other branches within 2 km radius from our home don't have any problem...
