McDonald's SM Marilao — Restaurant in Marilao

Nice place but the employees are not even know the service sequence. My first try there the cashier is rude because they're not smiling on us she got irritated also the manager because we change our order. The regular drinks we change it to Mc float etc. I know it's tired day cu'z it's almost 1:30am but guy's you're in the food industry you should know how to be hospitable. then our second try there it's the same time i think the pos is broken cu'z they taking order in written my god the cashier she even don't know what she's doing then our order is taking so long why because they do not know where they put the copy of our receipt so they borrow our receipts and then i told too that cashier who was there that i will change my fries into Large but she doesn't write it down because she's busy asking questions to her coworkers if she's doing it right she even not repeat our order. And please Mc donalds you have a good place but you don't have enough good...

Dine In transaction on a Saturday morning at around 830am. I am with my dog on leash, my intention is to stay at their outside dining area which I need to access the main door first. Their guard warns me that dog is not allowed inside and so I tell him to lead me to the door connecting outside dining area. I just asked one staff to order for me since I am not allowed inside. Dining staff were okay and go an extra mile. But I hope the security guard must learn how to accommodate guests in a nice way. Well he didnt even managed to tell the street children not to bother the guests...

Whats the point of going drive through if your instructed to wait 10 minutrd up front on the shoulder facing oncoming traffic? Just 5 to 10 meters from on coming busses. If a bus loses his brakes we would be dead. This practice needs to stop. But a young couple who obviously are in a relationship get separated and forced to set a a meter apart. From 25 cm to 1 meter whats the difference. Cant allow a couple who skiss each other to sit side by side, but park with half your vehicle in the road facing on coming traffic?. Thats perfectly safe!!...
