ANDOY'S HOUSE — Restaurant in Masbate

Came to have dinner, wait for a friend, and hopefully charge my phone. Food was fine, no complaints there. Service left much to be desired. No sockets available anywhere near the seat as all the sockets are about eye-height. The socket closest to my seat was being used by guests from other tables. When I asked if I could be notified if other seats opened up, it seemed like the staff weren't so interested in making that happen. In fact, they did nothing to make it happen as I watched several seats open up and the seats were instead taken by other people. Saw several unused sockets and extension cords behind the counter RIGHT NEXT to my seat. None was offered. Service was fast but I don't think it was warm or attentive. Staff even used the seat next to me to leave a tray of used dishes WHILE I was eating. Didn't bother ordering drinks or any of the other items as I did not only feel unrelaxed and uncomfortable but also could not find a better seat with better access to a charging point. Affordable price but a lot of food that I like are not available during my visit. The waiting time is unbearable, sometimes they forget that a customer ordered something or they mix up orders. There are tables outside but no smoking area so you have to go outside the gate which is fine because you have to consider other people who doesn’t smoke. Wash area and toilet could be improved.
