Tio Jose Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Masbate

My daughter and I saw the menu (chalkboard) and ordered. Of course they did not have it so we had to order something else. Same with her choice of drinks. Someone mentionef great ambiance??? Scratched sticky tables and cracked tile floors. I was given one knife and had to request another. My daughters drinbk vame first and it was warm. Mine came 10 minutes later and was ccold and i will say,delicious.the service was unfriendly and slow.the rice was cold. The pork chop was tiny but very good. All in all,two stars is being merciful.as i am writing this,some couple came in with their baby who proceded to scream and as true liberal pRentin filipios they let him.
