La-ne's Restaurant — Restaurant in Mati

The food was delicious. The problem is the service. I understand that since it’s Saturday night, there are a lot of customers so there will be delays. However, this should not be the reason why we received our food about an hour after we placed our orders. The staff could have notified us about the delays, but nada. If my dad didn’t inquire about our orders, we would’ve waited much longer. Take note, we arrived somewhere between 6:20 - 6:30, we got the food @ 7:30-ish. The desserts arrived before rice&viand when we said that both should arrive at the same time.

When we did get our orders, it was incomplete! 4 dishes arrived over 5 that we asked for. We had to eat in advance leaving my mom waiting for hers. Luckily, she snacked before we came here. We even have to ask about our iced tea since it was not...

Food can take awhile to serve but sent with the rest of the food. Waited from 12:34 to 1:10pm for the orders to be completed except for the Leche Flan which is served immediately. If there are any comments on food, refer above.

Could not use restroom as it is dark. At least no flashlight is placed in both CRs.

Service is very slow. Ordered by 7 pm, served by 8:30 (after multiple follow ups). Iced tea and coke was even served after the food. Had to request plates and utensils after food was brought in (no initiative). Staff are irate. 3 of our orders were not included even after they 'repeated' the orders right on our faces. NO RECEIPT. should be reported to BIR and DTI. They only gave me the small papers, the waitstaff used to take our order with no price indicated and ONLY a total amount.
