The servings felt too small if you take the "regular" size as it looked a serving for a child. The soup was tasty and spring rolls good. The mango shake was nice as well.
They had advised that the big size is good for 2-3 people but it's not true. It's only good for one and regular size is more if you feel like eating but are not too hungry for an adult.
But this made me crave more authentic Vietnamese food. There was something missing for me, there was no freshness to it . We didn't find any mint or coriander in the dish for example.
The prices for the finger foods are a bit expensive too as you only get 4 spring rolls for 200 PHP.
The store looked small but outside but it's quite big inside and it's airconditionned too. There is also one bathroom and a souvenir shop right next to it.

Read moreMy experience was the opposite of the good reviews saying the food was authentic Vietnamese food.
Hu Tieu Special - The noodles and meat were chewy. The soup was not hot enough to fully cook the noodles. The price was a bit expensive considering the serving and taste. 2 ⭐️⭐️
Fresh Shrimp Roll - I have not seen and tasted any cilantro at all. It was soggy and I habe never been so disappointed. 1 ⭐️
Banh Mi - i thought i was eating a ham sandwich coz it has mayonaise. I can't believe there's a margarine on my banh mi. like really? Had they used baguette, i would given this banhmi 2 stars. 1 ⭐️
Service - Surely, the man who served us was in a hurry. He was about to leave and prioritize his smoking instead of waiting for our order
Atmosphere - Mainit po 😅
Should I recommend it? Uhm, sadly not until...
Read moreLast month, I was in Vietnam, eating the same menu items. The pho here, which they HuTIeu is actually very good, if not better. The caramelized onions carry the bulk of the flavors with strong basil flavors, accentuated by spicy chilis. Really good. Bang Mi, at Php 50 is so filling I only finished half. It had ham, sliced pork, chicken, ground meat and vegetables. Lastly, spring rolls were very well done. Hot, crispy and very filling. No complaints at P300 good...
