Rarely does one see an inclusive business which not only care for its employees but also to the stray animals as well in the area. This is one of them, and this is why I like it the business model that they practice. This is one of my go-to coffee shops for convenience of location and the quality of coffee that they serve. For the coffee, they use arabica blend for their beans. I was delighted to see that they use a Casadio espresso machine, quality of the coffee is nice because of this. They also have seasonal drinks which is something to go back to as it is only available for a limited time. Try their panda coffee, the baristas there are more than welcome to explain to you about the drinks and would gladly assist you. The cold brew is always my go-to drink, smooth yet still bold, cold brew done right. If caffeine is not your choice, they also serve non coffee drinks, teas which can be taken hot or iced and coolers. coolers is a drink made up of a fruit such this is then mixed with a carbonated mixture to make a fizzy drink. Worth a try for the experience of trying something new other than coffee. Food wise, they have pastas as well as grilled sandwiches the sandwiches comes with chips on the side. If you are fond of pastry, then this is one of the things that the store shines. The two things that they shine the most are the cookies and the cheesecakes. Having tried cheesecakes in Europe and around the Philippines, I could wholeheartedly commend their cheesecake as one of the best perhaps for the whole of Cavite. The balance of tartyness and creaminess of the cheese gives one a refreshing difference from the normal cheesecake which is just plain sweet. Its more akin to the Basque cheesecake albeit not burnt on the top. They also have variations of this such as Oreo, blueberry, mango, just to name a few. Definitely worth a try. As for the cookies, you could tell from the first bite that they did not skimp on the ingredients as there are chunks of chocolate throughout the cookie. They are a bit crunchy on the sides but are chewy in the middle. They had a seasonal lemon chiffon cake back then and it was one of my favorite as it is not to sweet and not too lemony. Plus the candied lemons on top really compliments the cake. For the ambiance of the store, they went for a clear white and minimalist feel for the general theme clear wood tones of the chairs and table complements and blends well overall. If there is anything to critique about the place is that they have a limited seating capacity given the physical location of the store. But this, at least for me have an added benefit of not over crowding especially now in the time of the pandemic. They also have a fast internet. Which is something you would want if your into a WFH set-up but wants a change of environment. *** You can skip this part if you like and head to the TL:DR at the end. This section talks about the store`s social responsibility. They actually care for their employees. - They treat their employees as not simply rank and file employees but also as a valued member. They celebrate the staff`s birthday on the store. They are willing to close the store for half a day just to celebrate. Also, when typhoon hits, staff safety is a priority. They feed the stray dogs and cats. - Staff actually leaves dog food and water for stray dogs. This is the first store that I know that does this in Naic. Not a lot of people or individual does this especially to stray animals. They opened their doors to students at the start of the distance learning. - The store opened their doors to students who may not have the luck of having stable internet if they even have one begin with at home. In closing, opening a business is – in and of itself is a big endeavor but maintaining a social responsibility to society whilst genuinely caring for your staff is something else. And I commend Brainstorms and Brews for keeping this social responsibility. *** TL:DR Service - 4.8 Food - 4.5 Dessert - 5 Ambiance - 4.6

Service is really great here and the atmosphere also. I tried the their mac and cheese for dinner, personally i didn't quite like it. It's not really that salty i mean the cheese is lightly tasteless and creamy and the i'm not sure if its the bacon, that meat drives up the taste and so is the sauce. Also the rocky road bar, it's too sweet. Just my opinion ✌. But overall, still a 5 star review, i loved how they care about the animals and the plants and the place the couch and seats that are comftable to sit on with your friends to talk about your day or anything. A lovely place to hang out !! They are also responding to your messages here, and i am grateful for trying their...

Our go-to café ever since it opened. All of their matcha drinks are the best. They use oat milk, which is perfect if you’re lactose intolerant. I also recommend their Spanish latte—ask for Brainmylk. It’s our go-to coffee.

Recommended drinks (my preferences): • Oat Matcha Strawberry Latte 🍵 • Spanish Latte (ask for Brainmylk) 💯 • Vanilla Cinnamon Latte 🥐

They’re also pet-friendly. There’s cat food and water outside the café for stray dogs and cats. You can even bring...
