We are regular customer and my family loves the food but today 26/01/2023 was so frustrating. We came there before 3pm and decided to just order take out as we are in a hurry, we understand the long cue and finally we state our order at past 3pm. Since the cashier post is not open she took our orders and wrote it in a small paper but we need to repeat the order more than 3 times and ended up buying more than what we intended to but just to finish the transaction. We need to wait 10 mins for some of our order, For more of our dismay we waited almost half an hour we are able to finish the food that they gave first, we need to follow up more than twice just to check if someone is actually attending to it. We need to stand and look while they are preparing the order that is supposed to be served already. And to my surprise the chicken ala king pie was overcooked and taste bitter. Service - average/mid level. Didn't encounter any bad character from the staff.

This Naic branch is unbelievably frustrating. The service at the drive-thru is so slow that you might as well develop appendicitis while waiting. It takes nearly an hour to get your order, and even then, they often ask you to move forward and wait on the roadside for missing itemsâonly to find out later that something is still missing.
To make matters worse, you have to park in a risky area in front of the store because the waiting cars cause a bottleneck. The service is always unbearably slow, and there are constant issues with GCash payments.
