Ma'am Olive's Cafe — Restaurant in Olongapo

My first time but definitely not the last time.

My friends and I unanimously opted to set this as part our rendezvous for our get-together. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies. I didn't have any hard time to find the place at all as I was the one to arrive first at around 6:30 PM. The cafe was amiably inviting me so I didn't hesitate to come in. While waiting for my companions, I decided to look into their wide array of food choices on the menu which includes sandwiches, salads, Pinoy viands, cakes, and variety of coffees. Perfect either for merienda or regular meals.

I personally enjoyed the tuna salad which I paired with Americano coffee -- all were quickly served with instagramable presentation. The salad had just the right balance of sweetness and saltiness. You can almost taste the freshness of every ingredients. Black coffee lovers will surely indulge in the flavorful taste of their Americano coffee although it could have a bitter taste in the first few sips. Just the same, its aroma alone can instantly make you feel good.

Itwas quiet disappointing for me going to the place, it was recommended by a friend and I got curious. We went there to try the food. The ambience of the place was really nice, but I got disappointed with the service, they will serve you the food you order but when we ask for water, we were told it was self service, huh?! Ma'am Olive's Cafe offers the best Kare-kare. Please note that they have two restaurants: the first is the cafe, and the second is the Grilleria. At the counter, there are two menus. The cashier always mentions a 30-minute wait when I order from the Grilleria while being in the Cafe. Next time, we plan to try their Grilleria restaurant.
