What kind of MacDonald's has No Burgers? This One... !

This MacDonald's owner runs out of burger buns. They run out of breakfast muffins and hash browns too... all the time they say 'sorry sir No Stock'.

I experience this at the SBMA store on Rizal Highway; the 4 Subic MacDonald's are run by the same Franchisee, but the SBMA store has no Map Pin to review.

Their excuse is 'Port Congestion'. That is not the customers problem. We all know the ports are congested... so how about order some back-up and keep a local stock, it is no excuse. Any MacDonald's that consistently runs out of food really deserves a visit and reprimand from...

We came here because we trust you guys to prepare our breakfast. We just ride tricycle with my son. We ordered take out breakfast Dec 5, 2017 then when we get home big breakfast is missing and punches wrong order. I came back with my son with my own car this time with anger. Manager apologize and trying to give me free items and pay for my tricycle fare to cover the stupidity of 2 employees Angelica who punched order and Shiela who gave the order.. Nope I don't accept free stuff to cover your ass. You guys need more training... hindi...

The service crew were condescending and rude. We ordered take out and got an order for a follow-up. We nicely approached the counter as it has been 30 minutes and crowd is starting to fill in. The crew just rolled her eyes and said we're like deaf people. How can you be rude to your customer like that! You ruined our day. We nicely followed up twice as we know the day has been busy. But both crew were rude and sarcastic. Learn your manners. Customer service shouldn't...
