Jollibee Robinsons Ormoc — Restaurant in Ormoc

Genuinely the worst Jollibee I've ever been to.

The food is as you would expect, since its fastfood but ive never had a "freshly cooked" meal there. But oh boy the ambience is just disgusting, the light is dim so its depressing, the staff are SLOW, the lines are long, the restaurant itself smells dank and its just overall very dissapointing when you compare the restaurant (which is in an expensive mall by the way!) to other Jollibees its just very below average.

POOR SERVICE TO SENIOR CITIZENS. The priority lane for senior citizens is not respected here. Even the cashiers assigned to the said lane lacks the foresight to identify senior citizens before taking new orders. I witnessed one senior citizen who was literally in front of the cashier but the latter just ignored him and took the order of a non-senior.
