Jollibee — Restaurant in Ormoc

👎 to the Manager Cogon Branch, Rhea. Poor customer service si Madam! I AM SO DISMAYED!! I went there the night before to pay in advance so that my order will be ready the following day at a specific time. Manager Rhea said she won't accept my payment and I could just come the next day since my orders are only 27 pcs and 16 of those are kiddie meals. She said it will just be quick transaction and they will call me by 8:30 to ready my order. 9am came the next day and No one from Jollibee Cogon staff Ever contacted me!! I WENT THERE frustrated. There were 5 kids that weren't able to take their Jollibee snacks that time since I walked out of the branch almost 30mins past 9. And I still have to ran an errand to other school to leave the kiddie meal. Grrrrrr!!! Worsttttt!!!! Pls improve!!! Had I known I would have purchased it from other branch. Last year during my kid's bday the Jollibee Robinsons branch was so ready with my order When I came there it was all ready and organized!!! Boooooo to Cogon Branch @jollibee Ermm It's not a good experience with that branch....
