DAWN CARLO'S FOOD HOUSE- Panabo — Restaurant in Panabo

It is located in front of NDC. Can only accomodate few people because the place is so tiny. MOP - cash, gcash Delivery - Grab, Foodpanda and other local delivery services They still managed to actually have a cr even if it so tiny. Affordable with big serving. The taste is good too. We actually planned to dine in. However, after few minutes, students were flocking inside and it immediately gets crowded. They were so rowdy, talking ang laughing so loud as if they were the only people in the room. I mean, at least they should show some decency. Talking with friends in a public place is normal, but being too noisy is quite uncivil. So we decided to inform the staff that it'll be for take-out. We ate it in the car, parked outside. I hope they will transfer to a bigger place that can accomodate more customers. By the way, these pictures were taken the second time...
