the worst service from any restaurant ever. everytime we order on grab they never include all of the items we paid for. just recently, we ordered onion rings, burritos, kerida mia, and freedom fries and paid for extra garlic sauce and salsa (we even wrote it in the notes that we wanted the sauce and salsa) and it arrived with no sauce or salsa. the grab driver was kind enough to go back to get the sauce and salsa but it am consistently disappointed by the service of this army navy branch. this is the only branch that has given me and my family problems when we order.

if you’re from better living, you’re better off ordering army navy from the merville branch. you’ll have to wait much longer for your food but at least you won’t have to worry about your order...

As an all night place to get a bite to eat, they have dropped the ball and have declined over the years. What was once a convenient and clean place to eat, has degenerated into a 40-minute wait time restaurant. Mind you, not because it's busy, but it is now their policy that they take longer to make your food than most full service restaurants. And that is if they have the menu item you want on stock. Most of the time 30% of the menu is unavailable. And the staff are lost on the concept of making the dining experience a good one. Service are obtuse and complacent. The place reeks of...

Food is okay, but don't bother with their delivery. So slow delivery. For a one kilometer distance from this branch, it takes at least two hours for their delivery.

Terrible delivery service. When you call them to followup on your order, nobody will answer the phone - both land line and mobile. Even the mobile number they used to call you to inform you the delivery will be a little late - two hours late that is. I can't stress this enough, THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE.
