Starbucks SM City Bicutan — Restaurant in Parañaque

This is the 2nd Starbucks branch along Dona Soledad. The advantage of this branch is that it's connected to SM City Bicutan. So you may park inside the mall and conveniently walk inside heading to Starbucks.

This branch occupies the space formerly occupied by Watsons and one of the entrances to the mall. Evidence of that is the wall across the counter looks like it was part of the exterior of the mall.

The place is huge and offers ample seating. There are two entrances, one from the street and one from inside the mall. When the mall closes at 9pm, they also close the door adjacent to the mall so you'll have to go outside and around if you're parked at the mall.

Great place to cool down from the outside and chill with a frappuccino after shopping or waiting...

I rate one star here, WHY? Well... obviously- first things first, when it's my turn to choose my order in front of the cashier, I asked the barista if he could add an extra one shot for my hot cafe latte, but unfortunately the barista acts like nothing happened at all after I said my line (which is very disappointing & frustrating at the same time). Anyway, I recommend here to change their barista (esepcially on how they treat their customers & such) because this is not what you get when it comes to a coffee shop, this is absolutely disgrace. Good ambience, a bit difficult to get there due to traffic and such. If you order directly from the menu the drinks would come fine, but with customized orders they get it wrong almost every single time (even for simple customization like chilled (cold but no ice pieces) - they give a cup half filled with ice only to fix it again.
