Chatime — Restaurant in Parañaque

The staff during the night / closing shift this Sept 3, 2024 was already irritated the moment we stepped in the store. He was not clarifying the menu regarding the unavailability of the pearls and the availability of the sinkers. I ordered QQ Milktea knowing that the pearls are already unavailable and I would be willing to pay for the additional sinkers, however, the staff stated that 'hindi na nga ho pwede yung may pearls' without even clarifying his own statement regarding the unavailability of the pearls. I was not able to order since the staff was not respectful and I was already irritated and walked out the store. Kindly take corresponding actions regarding this...
