-No description in the menu low handling in food sanitation and safety protocols -does not take special instructions -some items are way too over priced

1.Ordered a take out Reg and whole sisig.

2.intructed over the cashier to kindly seaparate the two orders in to plastic bag twice.

3.Order came in a single plastic with two identically sized styrofoam container.

They provided an extra plastic once i called it out and I also asked for them to differentiate the two orders.

Cashier opened the container and the aluminum cover with barehands(never seen him wash his hands nor use the nearby alcohol while waiting for my order)

Followed the cashier's intstructions which is which.

My 1st time in this resto and I was happy we, my hubby and I, braved the traffic. I've read numerous reviews complaining about how slow the service was so I was prepared 😆 for the long wait. In fairness, the orders were out in 25mins. The service wasn't slow but the resto was undermanned. Only 1 waiter taking orders. So I guess, we should be kinder and more understanding. With regards to the food, I am super satisfied. The Lechon Kawali was heaven. Crunchy but not hard. It actually blended well with the chop suey and even the bulalo. The Bulalo soup was a bit salty, so prepare your Calamansi on the side. Chopsuey was freshly cooked and not under or over. Will definitely go...

Food is good but the staff is not accommodating why because we brought RICE but not knowing that is not allowed in your premises at least we talk us nicely not like he’s talking while walking outside then he come inside again and looking to our rice badly and same with the lady crew. Then, I felt hot and requesting to increase the temperature at least and they laugh together and said that’s already high, I feel embarrassed!!! Question your restaurant also charging SERVICE FEE?
