I was at this restaurant this afternoon during lunchtime. The two ladies who were supposed to be at the counter taking orders were both doing something other than taking orders although there were a few people waiting to order. When one of the ladies finally came to the counter, she ignored me and asked a guy for his order. I politely told her that I was there first and and have been waiting for quite a while already. She reluctantly took my order and was quite rude. I could tell that she was peeved and resented my telling her what I just did. Since I was dressed informally and the guy was better dressed, she probably figured the guy needed to be served first, regardless of who came first.
To that lady who was reluctant to serve me and downright discriminated against me, let me remind you that you are in the service business and your customers are important for your business. If you cannot be nice, then you have no business working there. Let someone who is more deserving take your place.
My one-star rating is more than what you deserve, but since there's no lower rating, I have to give you that.

Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with this restaurant. The pancit canton and egg fried rice were soggy and unappetizing. To make things worse, the halo-halo I ordered was incomplete. The delivery rider had to go back to the restaurant just to get the missing item, which delayed everything by another 40 minutes. I understand he probably had to wait for other orders too, but when the missing halo-halo finally arrived, it was still incomplete missing the extra scoop of ice cream I paid for.
It’s extremely frustrating because this could have been avoided if the staff had just double-checked the order before handing it over to the rider. This shows a lack of attention to detail and poor service management.

They should make sure when they serve their noodles to throughly disperse, i receive a noodle soup with the noodles still sticking to each other just like the noodles we see when we open an instant noodle before we pour it in boiling water. The price of their food dont reflect on the food i receieved. i know they are a big company but make sure that it compensate with the price.
The location is besides an intersection, hope that the guard there would assist outgoing cars when they are leaving the place. my experience was i have to battle my way to the sound of horns from incoming traffic just to leave the place. it maybe the guard on that time was busy conversing with those grab drivers.
