Chowking Sucat Valley 1 — Restaurant in Parañaque

The staff are unprofessional. All of them are outside with their phones, some of them are even sitting on the floor. The girls employee were preparing outside for their shift where customers can see. Talking loudly towards each other. Have they been trained? Do they have kitchen manager or supervisor to correct these people? The BEEF CHAOFAN is nowhere near even just the SUB-standard. Burned taste. Same goes with the pancit canton which is very bland. Missing orders with no official receipt. I ordered add on halo-halo but was not punched nor served. I love beef chaofan and pancit very much as it is my comfort food but it really disappointed me with everything on this branch. From service to food. Not to mention that the wonton on top of the chowfan was overfried only because the siomai was unavailable that they have to replace it with little overfried wonton. Thanks for ruining...

I recently visited Chowking Sucat and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positives – the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the service was fast and efficient, which I truly appreciated. The food was great, just like what you’d expect from Chowking – flavorful and satisfying.

However, there are a few things that need improvement. The air-conditioning wasn’t working well, so the place felt a bit warm and uncomfortable, especially during peak hours. Also, the plastic cups were already worn out or damaged, which doesn't leave a good impression. The water served had an unpleasant taste, almost like the cup itself, which needs attention from the management.

That said, I still enjoyed the food and the service, but I hope the management can improve the ambience and replace the damaged cups to make the overall experience...

Compliance with safety protocols: failed.

The order taker at the drive thru followed safety protocols: wearing mask and gloves, used the small basket to take the cash and hand out the change and receipt. Her window was covered with plastic. But the guy who preped the order was wearing his mask below his nose! I ordered halo-halo aside from the dimsum and noodles which I could heat up at home. I was so disappointed. I did not want to cause traffic so I called up their store. The male employee who answered my call was apologetic.
