The ambiance at Jollibee in San Isidro is favorable, particularly during early morning weekends when the crowd is relatively sparse. However, despite the seemingly manageable number of customers, the service at this branch leaves much to be desired. Another point of disappointment is the noticeably reduced portion size of the Jollibee chicken. Consequently, I find myself often opting for the nearby McDonald's, despite my emotional attachment to Jollibee. The decline in both service quality and product offerings is disheartening, prompting me to redirect my preference toward McDonald's. While my heart remains with Jollibee, regrettably, my appetite is now drawn elsewhere.

They committed to assist our maid when we made the advance order they even noted it on the receipt, but when we had it picked up they did not assist our maid so she carried all 50 sets of meal without any of the crew helping her. Portions they gave were likewise inferior, most likely they do that to takeouts and deliveries where you can't complain face to face and just let it go.
Service here is very poor, considering that Jollibee's quality of food and service is declining in general, this is the worst branch we have visited.
