OYO 805 La Belladoza — Hotel in Parañaque

I have stayed in OYO 805 many times already. I appreciate the big rooms, and that the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. They can only offer street parking but they have a guard. It has basic amenities like a toothbrush kit, towels, hand wash (very diluted), hot water in the shower, tissue roll. They have free water in the lobby where I can refill my flask. There is a common dining and pantry area. They also sell some basic food, coffee, chips.

The service at night is not good. The lady who mans the front desk is the same person who cleans the room. When I ask her a question, she is usually frowning. This makes for an unpleasant interaction.

I have noticed that the bathroom is not cleaned well. The corners are still dirty. But the room is generally clean. The aircon is sufficient. And of course, the price per night is budget-friendly.

I hope that the owners can still improve on the cleanliness, and give their staff some basic customer service training. This will go a long way in...

Their rooms are great, spacious, cold airconditioners, comfortable bed, a couch, fast internet, Hot and Cold shower, table and chairs (if you have somrthing to work on), TV's that you can browse the web with, water kettle and a pantry where you can get some plates, utensils, and some cups.

It's pretty quiet in there too as it is far from the main roads. It is a really great place to relax and with everything I just mentioned above, I guess their price is just about fair and I haven't seen anything that could equal their service for they...

More than disappointing. We can live with a lot and had low expectations and still disappointed. Every night lasting until around 2am very loud. Last night I had to scream SHUT UP. it lasted about a hour and again loud shouting in the halls, rooms with the staff participated in it. We stayed 4 nights and every night same deal.
