Great food but service has been declining in recent years. Today I visited with my folks to have breakfast. When my mom was about to eat her food, she noticed a strand of hair on the food. She alerted the waiter about it and the waiter became very defensive about the situation. He said that the hair was not there when he served it and that even the kitchen checks it before sending it out to serve. This behavior was very appalling. The waiter even insinuated that it was my mom that placed the hair. I understand that it is a possibility but the way it was handled showed very poor customer service. Their direct competitor (CMG) would have immediately replaced the food in a heartbeat. I know that because I eat there a lot too. This restaurant is usually filled with customers in the morning even on weekdays but on this particular day, it was empty. I hope management can revisit and retrain employees on what good...

My family and I were looking forward to dinner at Conti’s after Sunday mass. Unfortunately, right off the bat, the server was almost off-putting in his snappy, almost irritable responses.

One of the things we ordered was a pasta dish. Everyone at the table had gotten served by the time the same server came back and told us the pasta dish was not available, which upset us a lot, because normally once you take the order, the kitchen tells you which dishes are no longer available. We should’ve been told the dish was not available long before everyone else’s food had arrived. The manager apologized, which we appreciated, but it also took a while for his superior to arrive because he didn’t want to call for his manager to handle the issue. A disappointing...

Great experience to be here! Staff is very accomodating and polite and they provided us great service! Place is very cozy and relaxing reasonable amount and great tasting food, we ordered symphony salad for sharing which is good for 2 and All Day breakfast meals which we find the serving to be a bit few especially with the Tuna belly and silog meal but it has great taste! Pesto is quite good as well. one challenge you'll have to consider before dining is the parking space but their guards is there to provide assistance they are accodomodating as well.
