McDonald's Fortunata — Restaurant in Parañaque

2025.08.09 - the branch implemented something new recently to capture speed of service for drive thru customers. I think it's good and the serving size for items with arbitrary serving size is now acceptable.

2025.06.06 - as of today, all my visits since May and ordering large coke float all the time, the serving size is now same as with other branches. As for other items, I noticed if you tell the crew to fill the container then they would serve with correct serving size; a bit annoying to have to mention it all the time but at least there's that, so I'm giving 4 stars to the crew but still just 3 stars for food

2025.05.17 - happened again today with extra mayonnaise I bought

I don't know why but their serving size here is always smaller compared to other branches. I ordered large coke float and in the photo you can see it's not filled up. It's the same with mayonnaise, choco sundae, spaghetti and any other food with arbitrary serving size (not the ones with fixed size like apple pie, burgers etc), their serving size is always less than regular. I'll post more photos starting today to try and get the attention of the franchising office...

This is Mcdonald's so expect tacky music and an airconditioning that can't quite withstand the scorching heat of Manila.

Food is average and some items are overpriced.

I tried the Black Pepper McChicken meal for 175php and I think it is just worth 150php. Chicken fillet is like cardboard with a soggy lettuce and a so-so bun but the seasoning is a killer especially the mayo which you'd notice about halfway through eating it.

The Lipton Cool Berry will literally cool you down and though it kind of tastes like Lipps Menthol candy turned into a drink, it is not off-putting. Hindi lasang gamot. I highly recommend you try this.

I was supposed to try the nuggets para masubukan yung 3 new dips kaso mahal for me yung 20php per extra dip eh wala pa atang dalawang kutsara yan.

Staff members are understanding naman as an autistic person like me is bad at using the machine thingy so they let me order sa counter...

1 Dine-in 4 Take-outs. For that 4 times that I took my food out, THERE WERE NO UTENSILS AND KETCHUP FOR FRIES. I already called McDonalds and reported what happened for the 2nd time that it happened to me. I thought maybe the crews were exhausted. Pero for the 4th time, thank God i had the guts to tell the crew directly na THERE'S NO KETCHUP AGAIN for my FRIES. I have 2 sisters na naka-experience mag-crew that's why I know how hard their job is and also kaya wala akong guts magreklamo sa kanila harap harapan kasi it might change their mood and baka pagod na pagod na. Pero 4th time is not acceptable. So I hope their management will see this review so they can correct whatever is wrong sa mga crew and for the improvement of...
