Aki's — Restaurant in Pasig

l hope the service gets better, and the crew avoids crucial mistakes in taking orders. I left the place without eating because I was deeply disappointed with the service I received. Errors are meant to be compensated or at least mitigated, not to be blamed on customers. True, I may have wasted some money, but I'd rather not eat food that I am not keen on consuming. I don't eat pork religiously, but they served pork instead of chicken. What if a customer happens to have allergies to certain kinds of food, but the restaurant decided to overlook that matter and serve the customer the wrong type of food. They could've killed that customer. Additionally, the service crew that assisted me was annoying as she had that certain smug on her face which is unpleasant for paying customers.
