Greenwich Pasig Bayan — Restaurant in Pasig

Date/Time: August 8, 2025, around 2:30–3:30 PM.

My friends and I ordered a family bundle for four (₱1,000). Each of us gave ₱500, so the total was ₱2,000. However, the cashier insisted that only three of us paid. Despite all of us confirming we each paid, she refused to check the cameras and another cashier even backed her up. After a long and embarrassing moment in front of other customers, she finally checked the register and found an extra ₱500 which proved we were right all along.

That should have ended there, but the experience got worse. We clearly ordered take-out, but some of the food was served as dine-in. We just accepted it and asked if the pizza can be take-out but the pizza arrived as dine-in. I'm maintining my composure and asked again then the pizza is finally packed.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, careless, and embarrassing for us as customers. We felt judged and wrongly accused, and the whole experience ruined what should have been a simple meal. Definitely not...

I ordered thru Food Panda , Nag antay ako ng mga 30-45 minutes then the rider called na dito na siya sa area ko, then inutusan ko Bf ko na kunin niya delivery ko then pinsabay ko yong parcel ko sa lazada sa Guard akala ni rider siya pa kausap ko sabi niya mam Food Panda po ako hindi lazada, din pag dating sa bahay nag taka ako bat isa lang yong solo lasagna , so nag panic ako kasi nag paid thru Gcash so nag Search ako Google yong hotline nila, so wala akong nakita , So scroll down ako then nakita ko ai may messenger pala then nag get started ako then may choices so I click the Store Locator then looking for the Store I Ordered then call 1st I call the cellphone # but sadly out of coverage area so I try their hotline lucky me may sumagot I said na nag order ako pero isa lang dumating lucky me nag sabi yong naksagot sa akin na girl na meron nga naiwan na Pizza she said na delivered ng rider nila , so okay na then she call me na otw na si rider , so nag message nga si rider na dito na siya then inutusan ko naman si Bf na kunin then nagulat ako 2 na yung dala niya , hala bat dalawa sabi niya free daw for the inconvenience BUT thank you so Much Greenwich Pasig Bayan for your agarang action nag padala pa kayo ng pasubra LUCKY ME :) Thank...

I ordered spicy hawaiian overload and spicy all in overload however it appears as not to be the orders I was expecting for. I got the Overload Duo. Also, there was no hot sauce in it at all. Seriously? Are you sure that the staff are really checking the orders thoroughly? Kinda...
