KFC — Restaurant in Pasig

Ordered from food panda I've received an incomplete item it should be the store's fault because they should check orders if it's complete since it was sealed when it will reach the food panda riders or any riders you should double check the order before releasing it to the delivery guy because they are the one that will be blame in the first place and if they return to the store that is not paid they use their own gas to go back and forth PLEASE CHECK THE ORDER TO AVOID MISSED OUT tho food panda act nice to give a voucher but it should be the stores...

Although the building is old and dark, it's nice to have a KFC branch within the very crowded area around Pasig Cathedral. Almost the entire ground floor is assigned to the kitchen and counter, while only a small portion is allotted to the dining area. The second floor is a welcome sight for dine-in customers as it is almost a complete contrast of the ambience in the ground floor - bright and spacious. However, the second floor area is usually closed...

Had a bad experience with this branch on 5-14-2024. I ordered 1 pc chicken meal and a 2 pcs spicy chicken meal for dine in. My receipt stamp is 12:18pm. I waited for 42 minutes and made 4 follow up to no avail until I cancelled my order at 1pm. Not sure what was wrong with my order. I couldn't sleep and can't get over it.
